I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I just went down a rabbit hole trying to find something I wrote 12-years ago when I spent my Thanksgiving break in Northern California with my brother and his new wife, one evening on a Wine Train traveling through Sonoma. I sent the message to friends, family and co-workers about how important we all were to one another and how we really need to say how we feel more often. When I signed off referring to having spent the evening on the wine train, I was ribbed endlessly by my coworkers at Full Sail University that it took an evening of drinking wine for me to get so schmaltzy and overly sentimental. Sadly, I cannot seem to find those special words for which I caught so much flack. That’s so strange, given that I have every random note I’ve written going back to the 1970s… damn. When, with or without wine (or your adult beverage of choice), I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Enjoy.
