Welcome to Week 18. We’re almost done, but that means that we really need to stay focused so that we successfully get our work done this week. Take the next five-minutes to relax your muscles one group at a time.

Ten days… I’m doing as much work as possible in advance because I have no idea how things will go and the more I have mapped out the easier it will be to adjust to any unexpected changes. Alas, when I’m in this mode it is difficult to slow down and “be.” I’m so used to the go-go-go and all on the simultaneous multi-dimensional demands that I just push through from moment to moment without much time taken for reflection, meditation or pause. I do preview these videos several times thinking about the prompt before sharing them, but when I’m with my students it’s not really possible for me to fully enter a meditative state. It would be like “meditating” while driving. I caught the prompt when the presenter said to imagine flexing the our toes in sand or mud… so there was that. Hope y’all have a great week.
