There is nothing quite as frustrating as trying to tell a good story and getting the information messed up, or someone interrupting you with different facts. Our stories are important and it’s important to get the facts straight.

In this assignment, think about someone who was or is important to your family and collect information that will help you tell yours and their stories

Why?

It’s important to learn how to tell our own story
It’s important to learn how to gather information when telling our own story
It’s important that we tell our own stories. If we don’t someone else will and they may get some important things wrong.

Top of the form, you will fill out the form with information about yourself (parents of primary students, you will fill out this whole form, sharing the information with your student).

In the Bottom of the form, you will fill out the form with information about the person important to your family story (parents of primary students, you will fill out this whole form, sharing the information with your student(s).
