Just in case you have forgotten how hard it was to make a book in the modern printing press era. Now that going from finished manuscript to e-book has reduced the process by at least 1,000 steps, AND no longer requires the army of workers and physical materials why has the price to get books to customers not fallen? Oh yeah, antiquated business models. FAIL.
