My response: So, the military shouldn’t vote? The elderly shouldn’t vote? So Trump, who cast his last vote via the US Mail, shouldn’t vote? Or maybe the question is, who do you think should vote? Are we better when every citizen gets a chance to participate or only certain groups? If not every citizen, is that really the US any longer? What are you afraid of, and which group(s) have been caught cheating the voting system?

Every citizen should be allowed to vote in whatever means that they can. Period.
